At Rizos Curls, we want you to love your curls and your results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your hair journey is nothing short of amazing.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that trial kits and final sale items are non-refundable.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the specific products you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  After your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
